THE MEINEKE MILEAGE CHALLENGE CONTEST SWEEPSTAKES

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. The Meineke Mileage Challenge Contest Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Driven Brands, Inc. d/b/a Meineke Car Care, 440 S. Church Street, Suite 700, Charlotte, NC, 28202 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by an agent of Stingray Music USA,13 Roszel Rd C202, Princeton, NJ 08540 (the “Administrator”). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. CONTEST SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on September 15, 2025 and closes at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 12, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There are four (4) entry periods for the Sweepstakes, which will begin and end at the corresponding times (all times are Eastern Standard Time (“ET”)) as set forth below (each, an “Entry Period”), and for each Entry Period there will be one (1) judging at approximately the corresponding date/time set forth below.  There will also be one (1) judging for all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.  The Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper.

Sponsor will hold a total of five (5) judgings, with one (1) judging for the four (4) Entry Periods (each, an “Entry Period Drawing”) and one (1) judging for all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Grand Prize Drawing”). Entrants that submit Sweepstakes entries during the applicable Entry Period will be entered into the corresponding Entry Period Judging. Non-winning entries from each Entry Period Judging will “roll-over” into subsequent Entry Period Judgings (if any).  If no entries are received for a given Entry Period Judging, the next Entry Period entries will be used to award the previous Entry Period’s prize. An Entry Period Judging winner will not remain eligible for further Entry Period Judgings, if any.  However, all non-winning and winning entries for the Entry Period Judgings submitted during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to enter and win this Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States, and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction as of the date of entry. All directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes and any failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER.  There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as follows:

• Submit Photo/Story. To enter the Sweepstakes, during each applicable Entry Period, (a) visit the Sweepstakes website (https://www.sweepstakesrules.info/meineke-mileage-challenge) (the “Website”), and complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form, including entrant’s full name,  email address, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, current mileage, and brief story about your car; and (b) take one (1) original photo featuring only the odometer of entrant’s vehicle (collectively, the “Original Work”) and submit the Original Work via the Website. Each Original Work must be in JPG or PNG format, with a maximum size of 2 MB per photo, and a maximum pixel size (width and height) of 1200 pixels per photo. Entrant must be the sole owner of the vehicle whose odometer is featured in the Original Work. If entrant submits an Original Work in this Sweepstakes via a mobile device, entrant should consult entrant’s wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Entrant agrees to incur any and all charges demanded by entrant’s wireless carrier. 

• Website Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, during each applicable Entry Period, visit the https://www.sweepstakesrules.info/meineke-mileage-challenge/ and complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form, including entrant’s  full name,  email address, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, current mileage, and brief story about your car.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/household per Entry Period Judging for each Entry Period, and one (1) entry per person/household for the Grand Prize Judging during the Sweepstakes Period. In the case of multiple entries during any Entry Period, only the first entry in that Entry Period will be considered.

By entering via online, you agree that you are solely responsible for all data charges that you incur. All such charges are billed by and payable to your telecommunications service provider. Please contact your participating telecommunications service provider for pricing plans, participation status and details. Normal access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply.

Entries received shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the phone number or email address associated with the entry. For the purpose of the Official Rules, “authorized account holder” of a phone number is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a phone number by a mobile telephone provider, or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the phone number or email address associated with the winning entry.

5. JUDGING. On or about the dates set forth in the chart in Section 2, a panel of qualified judges selected by the Sponsor will judge all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period to determine the Entry Period prize winners. On or about October 13, 2025, the judges will judge all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to determine the Grand Prize winner. For both the Entry Period Judging and the Grand Prize Judging, the judges will select the winner based on the vehicle with the highest odometer mileage reading submitted. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the judges based on which of the tied entrants submitted the most creative and entertaining story about their car, in the judges' sole discretion.

6. ORIGINAL WORK REQUIREMENTS AND WARRANTY. Entrant must be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Original Work, or otherwise possess all rights in and permissions to the Original Work required to grant the rights contemplated in these Official Rules to the Sponsor. If any person whose name, voice, likeness or persona is referenced, shown or otherwise captured in the Original Work, entrant must secure the written consent of such person(s), and, if such person(s) are under the age of majority, also such person(s) parent/guardian. Each entrant is solely responsible from obtaining from all other applicable individuals, governmental bodies, or other entities any and all required rights, releases, consents, clearances, licenses and other authorizations necessary to exploit and otherwise submit the Original Work, and use and publish the Original Work in any and all forms of media, including, but not limited, location releases. Original Work will not be accepted in the Sweepstakes if it includes any content that contains or appears to contain, in each case as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, any of the following: (a) offensive, profane, obscene or inappropriate material; (b) endorsement of (or condones) illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, or other illegal activity; (c) nudity, profanity, or extreme or gratuitous violence; (d) any express or implied commercial endorsement; (e) any derogatory characterization of any person or group based on age, race, color, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, marital status, mental or physical disability, citizenship, creed, national origin, physical appearance, political affiliation, union membership, or other unethical or unlawful factors; (f) depictions of any conduct, language or other context not in keeping with Sponsor’s image; or (g) material that defames or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights, including, without limitation, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Original Work it deems to fail to meet the requirements of these Official Rules. An Original Work will not be accepted if it includes any trademarks, trade dress, logos, copyrighted material or any other intellectual property of any individual, company, or other entity or which may imply a false association or sponsorship or violate the intellectual property rights of others or imply a false association or sponsorship. Entrants are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or other violation of law arising from the Sponsor’s use of the Original Work. Entrants acknowledge that any breach or violation of these Official Rules, or a third party asserting rights to any Original Work, shall immediately disqualify the entrant during the Sweepstakes.

 

ENTRANTS SHOULD NOT INCLUDE THEIR NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IN THE ORIGINAL WORK, OR ANY PART THEREOF, AS THE ORIGINAL PHOTO MAY BE PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE ORIGINAL WORK TO REMOVE SUCH INFORMATION AND/OR DEEM THE ORIGINAL WORK VOID AND ILLEGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

 

By entering in the Sweepstakes, each entrant represents, warrants and covenants that (a) each Original Work is the entrant’s original work and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any third party, including any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; (b) each Original Work has not been previously published; and (c) the entrant has the right and power to enter the Sweepstakes and perform all the obligations.

 

6. PRIZES. 

• Four (4) Entry Period Prizes. Sponsor will award one (1) prize for each of the four (4) Entry Period Judgings for a total of (4)Entry Period prize winners in this Sweepstakes.  Each prize winner for each Entry Period will receive one (1) $100 gas gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Entry Period prize is $100.

• One (1) Grand Prize. Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize in the Grand Prize Judging described in Section 5.  The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor oil change package (each oil change package comes with an array of routine maintenance services, including changing the oil and filters, tire pressure check, a fluid top-off, a free tire rotation, visual brake checks, and a 23-point inspection for your vehicle).  ARV of Grand Prize is $100.  

• Additional Prize Terms.  ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $500. Limit one (1) Entry Period prize per person.  Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person. Entry Period gas gift card prize and Grand Prize oil change package subject to all applicable terms and conditions. Each prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event a prize (or any component thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure or production exigencies), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute for another prize (or any component thereof) of equal or greater value, without liability. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and shall have no cash value.

• Winner Notification. Each potential winner will be notified by email (as applicable) submitted with the potential winner’s entry form. Each potential prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept a prize, any Sponsor required documents are not returned on time, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, it may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.   Each prize will be shipped within ten (10) days after winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein. Shipped prizes shall not be insured, and Sponsor shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.

7. PUBLICITY/USE RIGHTS. Each entrant herby grants to Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to each Original Work, and any copyrighted or copyrightable works or other intellectual property therein, to copy, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of the Original Work, and any copyrighted or copyrightable works or other intellectual property therein. Further, each entrant expressly agrees and acknowledges that such license granted to Sponsor is freely assignable to others by Sponsor without notice to entrant. By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that the Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, remove, modify, publish, sublicense, print, transmit, display, or otherwise use any submitted entry, including any Original Work, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice, attribution or compensation to entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, except where prohibited by law.  Entrant waives any retained rights of attribution, privacy, publicity, withdrawal, integrity, or other moral or personal rights in the entry and other related materials, including any Original Work. All entries and other submitted materials will not be returned to any entrant. If Sponsor requests the entrant’s cooperation in promoting the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to reasonably be available for such promotional activities.

 

8. PRIVACY. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant authorizes Sponsor to collect, use, process, transfer and store all data provided by entrant, including without limitation, personal data, to the United States, or any location(s) throughout the world that Sponsor deems necessary, whether within entrant’s country of residence or elsewhere, and with such party(ies) as Sponsor deems appropriate, for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes.  All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement, available at https://www.drivenbrands.com/privacy-center/. Personal information will be used only to: (a) provide information about the Sweepstakes; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) if an entrant selects to receive additional information from Sponsor on the entry form,  to send additional information to that entrant during or after any Entry Period.  Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data, but entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy statement of Sponsor.

 

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION. By participating in all or a portion of the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless all directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury (including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or travel to any Sweepstakes-related events; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.   In addition, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s breach of these Official Rules. 

If entrant is a resident of the State of California, entrant further agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. If entrant is a resident of the State of California, entrant acknowledges that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, AND THAT IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

 

10. MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of North Carolina or the appropriate State Court located in North Carolina County; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor and the other Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the remaining prizes from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The words “include,” “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation;” the word “or” is not exclusive; and the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” and “hereunder” refer to these Official Rules as a whole.  In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules, and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

 

11. WINNERS LIST; OFFICIAL RULES. For notification of the winners (first name, first initial of last name) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Meineke Mileage Challenge Sweepstakes c/o Driven Brands, Inc. d/b/a Meineke Car Care, 440 S. Church Street, Suite 700, Charlotte, NC, 28202. Requests for the winners list will only be accepted after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and must be received by April 1, 2026.
